Rebekah Conroy is an experienced trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in diverse matters. Appearing regularly in state and federal courts, Rebekah’s practice is focused on complex business litigation including contract and franchise disputes, trade secret disputes, shareholder and intra-family financial disputes, and the representation of attorneys in ethics proceedings. Rebekah also defends clients in white-collar criminal matters involving, among other things, charges of bank and wire fraud, commercial bribery, health care fraud, and other financial crimes.
Rebekah is an Officer of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey (AFBNJ) and regularly participates in volunteer legal activities. She served as a volunteer attorney for Trial Lawyers Care, providing pro bono legal representation to 9/11 victims and their families. She also is a volunteer attorney with the District of New Jersey’s federal prisoner re-entry program, ReNew.
Rebekah has received the recognition of her peers throughout her legal career, including being designated one of New Jersey Monthly magazine’s “Super Lawyers – Rising Stars” of the legal profession in 2008 thru 2019 and was designated each year as a Super Lawyer from 2020-2023.*
