Surinder Aggarwal is Counsel to Stone Conroy where he concentrates his practice on complex business litigation in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He has extensive experience in a broad range of legal matters, including contract disputes, constitutional tort litigation, and class actions. Surinder also represents clients in shareholder disputes, health care fraud matters, and financial disputes. He is a fierce advocate for his clients.

Prior to joining Stone Conroy, Surinder worked as a solo practitioner focusing on criminal defense and civil rights litigation. He serves as a pro bono attorney for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and is a member of Lamba Legal’s Cooperating Attorney Network.
